Today, we mourn the loss of 13 American Soldiers and an estimated 60 Afghan citizens killed as they attempted to answer the impossible call to freedom by leaving Afghanistan. James 1:27 calls us to an impossible call of freedom. A call requiring us to live undefiled before God and unspotted from the world. Operating alone would be an impossible call but with God living up to this impossible call is impossible.
