Given the problems of the world in David’s time and our own time. It is easy for us to view David’s assessment of the Lord’s majestic name filling the earth as simply false praise delivered by a misguided and perhaps brainwashed observer.
However, when we slow this text down and take a close look at each stanza of Psalm 8 I think we can find the true meaning of the Lord whose majestic name fills the earth.
