In the Graventown studio today, I had the chance to talk with a high energy pal and hip-hop performer and actor who I met in the middle of a prairie field in Manitoba in 2016; Bubba B the MC. We will definitely need a part 2 because we could have talked for hours. Bubba wears many hats and performs musically under the name Bubba B the MC and always offers a positive rhyme-based message and has performed at various Boys and Girls Clubs and schools across Canada to affect positive change within younger generations. His radical energy also got him a spot on CBC's Dragon's Den in 2015. Bubba is also an actor who goes by the name Adrian McLean and is in a new show on CBC Gem called "The Porter" (which is the first Afro-Caribbean written, directed and leading-acted show in Canadian history) and he also had a role in one of the biggest #1 films of 2021 called "Nobody" (starring Bob Odenkirk and Christopher Lloyd). Find more about Bubba at his many upcoming projects and tours on his website!
