I feel like a lot of people assume that "fitness fanatics" get into fitness only for the physique. While that is a nice side effect, it is far from the main benefits. 

Today I talk about how I originally got into fitness and the 3 biggest benefits:

- Confidence
- Mental fortitude and grit
- Functional capabilities  (protect and provide)

Fitness and nutrition is the fountain of youth, not just physically but mentally.
