One of the most common questions I'm asked regarding nutrition is; "what is the best diet?" The answer is probably not what most people want to hear. As with most questions regarding nutrition; the answer is "it depends."
There is no "one size fits all" approach to nutrition and fitness. What works for one person, may or may not work for another.
In this episode I go over 5 questions you should ask yourself when choosing a nutrition approach:
1 - Do you understand the approach & why you are doing it?
2 - Is it sustainable?
3 - Can you adhere to it?
4 - Does it cover the foundations to results & do it safely?
5 - Are you happy?
Health and fitness should improve your life. Period. End of story.
