The past 6 weeks has been…well challenging…
Lots of traveling
3 autoimmune flare ups after not having 1 in 5 months
2 popped ribs, a strained inter-coastal muscle & inflamed rib cartilage
Lower back injury
On top of being an athlete, coach, girlfriend…
AND making it my mission to be the best at all of those.
I still stayed on track. Even when I was injured, I did what I could & went all in on recovery & nutrition.
My one downfall?
I have allowed my eating disorder thoughts to take in, bad habits resurfacing with the injury…
That changes TODAY.
Because I have the power & control to make the change….
