In today's episode, I have a conversation with Patty; trainer of 8 years, Hidden Summit coach and Hyrax athlete - this girl has a great story to tell and a huge impact to make.
She talks all about her struggle as a young athlete to making a tough transition to college where she struggled with depression and her weight. She tried to outrun a poor diet for years until she had a lightbulb moment that changed her entire life and allowed her to help do the same for others.
Patty reminds us that when you do it for others it may not work but once you make the shift and start living a life for YOU; that's when you level up.
