A lot of us have things backwards when it comes to "how to produce a specific result."
We are always striving for more or constantly thinking we are never doing enough; when in all reality, that isn't what is most important.
More isn't better - better is better.
Knowledge isn't power - applied knowledge is power.
Consistency isn't key - consistency in the things that align with the person you want to be is key.
If you follow societal norms, you will settle for mediocrity and I know that's not who you are.
