In today's episode, I sit down with my friend Joey Shearer; Veteran, Dad and Urban Viking.
Throughout our conversation we break down the last 20 years of Joey's life and all of the lessons that he learned along the journey.
From his time in the military with two tours, the birth of his daughter and separation with her mother, binge drinking and eating like an asshole to realizing that he needed to change his ways in order to be the best role model his daughter.
Joey's journey is filled with lots of highs and lows and many moments where he thought he had hit complete rock bottom. The one thing Joey never did and never will do was quit.
Now he's focused on becoming a police officer and showing the world that you are capable of anything so long as you never quit.
