We are 24 days into the New Year. Time for a HONEST self-reflection. 

There are two reasons why someone quits on their New Year goal before January ends…
1) They are frustrated with their lack of results because they are following the wrong approach. EASY fix. 
2) They are frustrated with their lack of results because they haven't been following the process long enough. 

EITHER WAY - do not quit. You can adjust, pivot & adapt BUT you do not need to quit.
