1) Before I started my fitness journey I unfortunately lost friendships with people that I’ve known for over ten years. Now that my lifestyle is completely different and I hold myself to a higher standard I’m trying to cultivate friendships with people that share the same lifestyle and have healthy dynamics. I’ve heard it said that you are the total sum of the five people that you spend the most time with. What should I do to find a community of people that live the same lifestyle as me?

2) Should I weigh my food in grams, ounces or both? Does it matter?

3) When do you know you should use digestive enzymes?

4) What are the effects of low sodium? How do you know you need more salt?
