In this episode, I sit down with former co-worker, friend, and dietitian, Tamaire Ojeda, and explore how nutrition, good or bad, influences mood/stress/ and can be modulated during burnout.  This is part one of a two part series looking at nutrition and mood.  She gives us insight on mindful eating, addressing nutrition on the go, and some of her own tips and tricks that she teaches patients, and that she herself has learned along the way during life and a busy schedule.
