Referring back to episodes 4 & 5 of the podcast regarding Physiology and Burnout, I had to highlight this beautiful conversation I had with Tammy, the dietitian, regarding anxiety.  During her podcast episodes, she was very open with her own personal struggles with anorexia as an adolescent and anxiety as an adult.  This is a beautiful example of awareness, labeling emotion, and knowing what to do with it.  I hope you learn from it and enjoy someone sharing their own experiences and the vulnerability that is shown.  It is a strength, not a weakness.
