Andrew discusses how breathing work can help enhance performance in many areas including recovery, mindful awareness, manage sleep and stress and increased concentration. 

The two look at different ways people breathe and what diaphragmatic breathing is and the benefits of this over chest breathing, plus some tips if you want to consciously move away from nasal breathing to see some of these benefits.
