When I heard Mayor Rosalynn Bliss speak  at one of my favorite hypewomen conferences (Michigan's Women In Hospitality Leadership), I thought to myself she has to get a seat at this table 

This gift of a woman & true badass, became the first female mayor in Michigan's second largest city, Grand Rapids in 2016. Her father was a brickmason & her mother worked at a local grocery store & how she got the idea to run foe office was from her girl tribe (which we get into).
