Kolleen is Chief Plate Spinner, Head Cheerleader, and Lead Visionary (at least according to her LinkedIn profile) 

Those words describe her role as CEO & Executive Director of Powerful Women of Gulf Coast.  The not-for-profit was born after a 2004 hurricane destroeyd the physical landscape of their town and three girlfriends got together to have lunch & plot how to help each other rebuild their businessess.
