#19: On today's episode, we're joined by Dr Varalakshmi Yanamandra, who has 10 years of experience as an Ayurveda doctor. She is the Managing director of Ayur Wellness & Pain Centre, UK from 2015 to present, supporting local community wellness in Birmingham. She is also an Ayurveda health coach who specializes in gut healing & hormonal imbalances. She was a speaker at the International Ayurveda conference held in London in 2018, she is also the teaching faculty of Europe Ayurveda Academy from 2017 till 2020, she is currently a teaching faculty at Prana Academy while being an Editorial Board Member of the International Ayurveda scientific journal -JAIMS from 2017 till present.
