#39: On today's episode, we're chatting with Roxanne Ekhaese, who is a former professional tennis player, highly qualified personal trainer and a mom of two boys 5month old & 3 yr old. Over the past 10 years as a personal trainer she has helped countless people on their roads to a new happier healthier life. During this time she has also built an expertise in pre and post natal & C-Section recovery training and has a very successful online training program for new moms to follow & feel confident in their postpartum body and mind beautiful inside & out again. Roxy knows first hand how challenging postpartum can be, she has had 2 C-Sections herself.
