The UFC was a different animal in the 1990's, back when Scott "The Pitbull" Ferrozzo stepped into the octagon to operate. A solid wrestler with a 117-7 amateur record and a reputation as a tough guy on the streets, Ferrozzo saw one of the earlier events and said "that is for me." He made his debut at UFC 8 in Puerto Rico in February of 1996 and a year later, at UFC 12 he fought his last fight.
