Toby Imada burst onto the early MMA scene with his fights at Neutral Grounds in the late 1990's and his participation in the Abu Dhabi Combat Club's first Submission Wrestling World Championship in 1998. For the better part of the next two decades, Imada marched to the beat of his own drum, taking fights against many of the world's top fighters in a variety of weight classes.
