Larry discusses his history of anxiety, starting in childhood when his mother was diagnosed with bipolar disorder. He shares about one critical incident in particular that appears to be the origin of some PTSD symptoms. He describes the change in police culture and use of force policies that occurred after the George Floyd incident in Minneapolis—changes that led to his decision to voluntarily resign.
