Hello! This week we started by discussing our 20's and 30's and how the societal pressure we feel for these to be the best years of our lives is both false and damaging. We then ended up discussing life timelines in general & how important it is to live life on our own schedules!

Sandra & Holly are both vulnerable when discussing how grief has affected their view of life and helped them to shed expectations of what they should have done or achieved at certain points in their lives. We really hope you enjoy this discussion.
