Evan’s Sous Vide Yogurt Recipe:

  1. Pint or Quart jars
  2. 180ºF for 30min to denature 
  3. Cool to below 110ºF
  4. Add yogurt starter/leftover yogurt to each jar
  5. 110ºF for at least 12 hours
  6. Take jars out and cool
  7. Eat!
