The LORD gave the command that the message of the gospel be preached and proclaimed to all. The gospel has power within it to save and to deliver. Those who believe in Christ to save them are changed forever.
That is why the gospel of the Kingdom is to be proclaimed to all. The Holy Spirit does the rest.
