He was born in France and trained to be a chef here, moved to the US, and then settled in Canada where is now the judge on the very popular Great Canadian Bakeoff. Bruno Feldeisen is a wonderful chef that despite a difficult childhood and young adult life in the kitchen has risen to be one of the best French chefs in Northern America.
