You know, puff pastry croissants and I'm like, okay, they're not croissants, maybe their crescent rolls but they're not croissants. They're not made out of puff pastry.
Mardi was born in Adelaide, Australia, and has lived and worked as a teacher in Australia, Hong Kong, England, and France where she spent nearly 6 years in Paris not completing her PhD in French literature like I was supposed to be doing! Now Mardi calls Toronto home, having followed Mr. Neil, aka Master Butcher and Winemaster and husband. Mardi loves to cook French food and especially loves making it accessible to kids of all ages.
Today’s topic on Fabulously Delicious is all about puff pastry and all the things that are made from it, we cover everything from croissants to palmiers. Mardi will give us not only the history of puff pastry but also tips and tricks for making it.
