This week's edition of Afrika in Focus looks at the forthcoming general elections in Nigeria.

We begin by explaining that the state that is called Nigeria was forcibly put together by the wickedly wicked British for the political, socio-economic benefit of the British Empire.

We also explain that before British Imperialism the state that is called Nigeria consisted of Kingdoms and Empires such as Hausaland, Oyo, Igbo and Yoruba.

We state how Nigeria got its name and maintain the view that the state that is called Nigeria was NEVER designed to uplift the masses of the people but to further the interests of British imperialism.

In regards the election, we articulate that regardless of who wins it , unless there is a total sea change in the way the country is governed and the constitution scrapped,  NOTHING will change as the country grapples with the Boko Haram menace, high unemployment, electricity challenges and dire economic conditions.

We end by stating that the best way forward for the country would be the total break up of the fake state called the federal republic of Nigeria and the re assertion of the nation states that were great in their own right before the advent of British imperialism
