The Year of Return was an initiative aimed at promoting Ghana to the Afrikan diaspora.
As a result of this imitative tens of thousands of Afrikans from the diaspora came to Ghana with many others settling and doing business in Ghana.
However for some, the decision to settle in Ghana has turned sour and have gone back to their countries of origin.
We examine some of the reasons why Afrikans from the diaspora are leaving Ghana and advise what can be done to avert this happening in the future.
