The Most Common Baking Mistakes:
- Using ingredients that aren’t at the right temperature
- Not rotating baked goods in the oven at least once during the baking process, to ensure an even bake
- Checking items too frequently
- Not chilling dough before baking
- Not reading the recipe all the way through before getting started
- Not measuring nor prepping all ingredients beforehand
- Not properly measuring ingredients
- Not creaming butter and sugar for at least 8-10 minutes -- when they light and fluffy, they mean it.
