I know from so much personal experience what binge eating can do to a person.
It has stolen my energy. It has stolen my confidence. It has taken away my enthusiasm and zest for life. It's made me feel powerless, out of control. It also causes this beyond frustrating up-and-down yoyo with your weight and fitness goals.
It can feel like you undo an entire week or month of consistency and dedication after one or two nights of binge eating.
I see the thrall of wanting binge eating to go away forever and never come back.
