She has concentrated her career on helping to build Billion and Multi Billion Dollar Brands (Olay, Crest/Oral B, Always, Charmin, Pantene), Multicultural Impact Programs (My Black is Beautiful co-founder; consultant for Shea Moisture Leadership/Strategy Consultant; Guest Lecturer for Brand Equity, Career & Diversity at Miami Univ. of Ohio, Georgia Tech and Spelman College; and Girls STEM/STEAM Academy co-founder with Queen City Ohio Links Inc.), and Innovation/Start Ups (Glad Press n’ Seal/Impress global launch as former P&G Marketing Director, etc.).
Dawn’s Mantra is #setthestandard as she continues to mentor many from corporations and larger start ups, who are seeking ways to level up.
