Today's episode is a chat I had with the amazing, Amanda Gilbert. She is the author of the book Kindness Now, which was published in 2021. Amanda is also a lecturer in mindfulness at the University of Southern California, meditation teacher, and speaker. During our chat we discussed the power mindfulness has to truly change our lives. Her book contains a 28 day mindfulness practice that will truly change you for the better, as it did for me. You can connect with Amanda on Instagram at @amandagilbertmeditation and check out her website to learn more about the book as well as to register for her book club that starts on March 9th, 2022!
