Laarni was born and raised in Baguio City in the Philippines. She has degrees in Psychology, Education and Counseling. She has worked as a teacher, a counselor and a therapist.
Currently, she lives in Vancouver where she works as a BCACC Registered Clinical Counselor and a Certified Family Trauma Therapist.
Laarne is a staunch advocate of family wellness and youth mental health.
