In today's episode we are talking about self-doubt and how to reduce or minimize the negative self-talk.

 

"Everyone experiences self-doubt. Think about the most successful person you know, they have experienced self-doubt. Self-doubt is feelings of not being capable or good enough to achieve the outcome you want. Not all self-doubt is bad. Sometimes it can act as motivation for you. Maybe you are not as talented as you want to be at something and it pushes you to become better. The type of self-doubt that stops you from moving forward in life is the kind I am talking about to today. It can come when responding to a text or being asked to complete a new task. When you know you are truly capable of completing the task but you lie to yourself about your ability."
