Today we're talking about habits. Often times the gap between where we are now and where we want to be is so great that either:

  1. We don't get started at all because we're intimidated or feel like there is no way to get to that place
  2. We do change our whole lives to accomodate this new thing we want to do but it's not sustainable so we quit when life gets hard

Both of those outcomes leave you right where you are now. But if you start smaller, break that thing down into more digestible, more realistic habits, they are much easier to sustain. THEN you can build on those and keep building. As time goes by you are slowly changing your life and when you look back you're in a completely different spot.
