Hey hey! In this episode- I had a lovely conversation with hypnotherapist & personal power coach- Ashrita Tiwari. Ashrita started her career as a personal trainer- but realized there is so much more of a mental aspect that goes into physical well-being than just working out. Over her years of coaching- she has developed a proven method- called the AHA method- (awareness, healing, and aligned action) that she guides clients through so they can achieve true transformation. We talked all about maintaining positive habits and building boundaries so we can live an optimal life and see lasting change!
