In this day in age, it is extremely common to have negative thoughts about our bodies- which can have such a negative effect on our mental health & overall health. Always striving for a "perfect body" is so tiring when we are SO much more than what our bodies look like. Body Image & confidence are both more mental then they are physical- & you don't need to have the "perfect body" to feel confident & have a more positive body image.
