Self-Care Ideas:
Go for a walk. Journal. 10 mins of mindfulness. Do an arts and craft. Shut off your phone/social media break/period of no screen time. Stretch your body. Try a breathing exercise. Take a bath. Drink your coffee/tea without distractions. Self affirmations. Clean your space - donate items you don’t need/want. Do something YOU enjoy/gives your battery a recharge. Try a new recipe. Do something in nature/outside. Read something for fun. Spend time with someone you love.
