From the garments she was forbade to wear, to the education she was prohibited to acquire. Lizzie tells us about the repercussions she endured for her defiant behavior and the actions she took when she ran away from her Amish culture.

Lizzie decided she wanted more out of life at a very young age and she’s done just that! She’s found success through creating her own business as a health and fitness coach. Helping others achieve a life they desire, Lizzie is taking her own traumas and turning them into victories. She’s over come many road blocks set in front of her by no fault of her own and has created the life she desired and deserves.
