Description

Growing up surrounded by a lavish amount of wealth, it was admirable how Tracy's parents were able to raise a family not bearing the pressure of keeping up with the Joneses. However, her own personal struggles, hormonal changes, seeking of attention and rebellion took a toll on her. As she connects the dots looking backward now, she remembers how authentic connections and relationships in different pivotal life stages helped her forge the direction that she would later want to tread.

After losing a good 80% of her department following the 9/11 devastation, she knew she wanted to carry out what her leaders could no longer continue on. Hence, from being an insurance broker to becoming an insurance policymaker and finally becoming a real financial manager, Tracy worked her way through different roles and angles of the job, crossed the impostor syndrome, and developed a new skill set every single time.

Join us in this episode and learn how a woman journeyed through, and eventually succeeded in a highly male-dominated industry at a rate that defied the norms and expectations.
