Since childhood, most of us have been told and taught to fit into the mold. While that is equally difficult for many, it is even more challenging for someone growing up in the 1980s bullied and isolated for being gay. When you are the latter, it would be understandable if you grow up making some protective barriers about yourself both in your personal and corporate life. This is what Chuck's childhood was.
Now more than ever, in the midst of the pandemic, where many of us struggle over personal and societal mental health; it is of utmost importance to be more authentic, to own who you are, and to never be apologetic for being different. Join us in this episode as we welcome our guest, Chuck Texeira, as he shares his experiences of navigating through and eventually crossing from the corporate to the entrepreneurial world and the benefits of embracing who you truly are and encouraging others to do the same for themselves.
