Description

For so long a time, regardless of their work, women take on at least two-thirds of what it takes for the family to thrive. For those who are co-breadwinners, that means even more. Unfortunately, most of these have been left invisible and unheard of. Somehow, this has even become a huge source of mommy guilt, when a wife feels injustice over her disproportionate share of the household labor including emotional.

In the workplace, this injustice is equally evident. Even when a woman works with the same level of demand, pressure, and importance as a man, she gets paid less. Woman's time is less valued than man's too. And when they both go home, she is expected to multi-task and take charge of all the cards while he enjoys much liberty and time. And yet again, she cannot seem to complain. This vicious pattern has become so embedded in the culture that she cannot seem to do anything within. Recognizing that this is such a universal systemic problem, Eve Rodsky started to revolutionize and change her life by unlearning so many things beginning ten years ago. It saved her own marriage and has helped many women since.

In this episode, we talk about we are joined by Eve Rodsky as we discuss the "Fair Play Formula" and other key terms such as Conception, Planning, and Execution as well as Boundaries, System, and Communication, among others.
