After finishing two degrees in London, today's guest decided to sail the seven seas by offering HR services, after a few years later met a man of the seas, and with him started a family.  While she enjoyed colossal success climbing the corporate ladder, it cost her a great price - her health. After being let down by western medicine in failing to find answers, she realized she was sick and tired of being sick and tired. She found the secrets to healing her body with the right type of food, hydration, sleep, circadian fasting, exercise, and daily detox habits and has never felt better!

This was how she shifted life courses and became a Certified Holistic Health Coach & Women's Health Expert. Gut health as she describes affects literally your entire body. For optimal immunity, detoxification, and nourishment, our gut must function seamlessly. Even in a perfect world, our gut has a hard time keeping things balanced.

One obvious way we can find red flags on our gut issues is by studying the frequency, color, and consistency of our stool. In addition, we also have to notice the speed of digestion, constipation, among other things as they point to different imbalances we might otherwise not be able to identify.

The four pillars of gut health include cleaning up one's diet and toxic overload, probiotic supplements, identifying and eliminating specific food triggers, and stress management. Moreover, she also shares how intermittent fasting can help our gut relax from its work, clean and regulate functions of the body. These along with practical tips resonate with what we have been advocating for fellow women like us -- to take care of ourselves and not put our health last in the list of priorities at the same time taking care of our dear family.
