Description

Some people say multitasking reduces our efficiency and performance. This is because our brain can only focus on one thing at a time. Hence, when we try to do two things at once, our brain lacks the capacity to perform both tasks successfully.

Does cutting our day up by thirds (work, play, sleep, repeat) help us be more productive? We hear others say "work smarter, not harder" because "less is better". This is a practice productive people do which is completely different from what we are accustomed to doing but many workers have proven this to work.

In this episode, we are joined by Rachael Sherman, a Managing Director at Microsoft, where she leads digital transformation representing large, global US-based banks. Learn with us as we talk about productivity, vulnerability, authenticity, and just "being you".
