Description

As a Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Diversity Officer, a caregiver, a stepmother, and a wife, there definitely is a lot of things going on in Susan's life both at work and at home. Tracing her journey from the HR value chain, Susan has always been passionate about diversity all of her career. But with all of these as well as the future course and career shifts she might take, taking care of her dying father is a job no 1.

Episode Highlights:

The positive and very uplifting attitude learned from first-hand experience of caregiving by today's guest can be our very inspiration should we somehow find ourselves in a similar situation. While many believe we owe it to our parents, she emphasizes love as the best motivation to do it because if we do it only out of obligation, we might not bring the same amount of care in such an extremely overwhelming and taxing job.
