Description

Ekta Capoor had untimely lost her father. But while that could have been a devastatingly traumatic childhood experience to cripple her early in life, it did not. That first-hand experience of pain only made her a resilient, strong, and decisive person. Even as young as five, she was able to go to the school of her own choice by incessantly throwing tantrums when forced to attend a different school. At a young age, she already knew she wanted to become an entrepreneur when she is grown up. However, apart from achieving such personal and professional success, she also came to discover what were rather age-old principles and best practices that make workplaces amazing for everyone.

Highlights:

Ekta has so wisely combined her academic attainments in Commerce, Graphic Arts, Advertising, Digital Marketing, and Coaching Program in Business Management with her other skills and passion and co-founded the Amazing Workplaces. If you are a company or an organizational leader trying to foster an inclusive culture among many others, you may follow her on different social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Or you may simply just look up Amazing Workplaces that serve as your encyclopedia to the best practices every organization needs to learn in order to stand the test of time.
