Susan Salter started her 30-year corporate career working with big banks. It was when she became a senior director handling a lot of people that she realized her passion for helping people perform and show up better in their careers. She had always been the manager who was the voice of reason for her subordinates. No matter her colossal success, she reached the point where her job no longer excited her. She also believed she could do more and could speak independently on her personal advocacy of empowering more corporate women outside that regular job. As a career woman who has seen all the possible workplace scenarios, she has a wide range of knowledge and experience for her coaching venture.
