Alex Tremble is a career culture coach whose passion is helping organizations create a culture necessary to attract, retain, and develop leaders to achieve their visions and missions. Apart from the efforts dedicated to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in the company, he strongly believes that the best way of providing value to people's lives is by helping them progress in their professional and personal lives. He authored the books Reaching Senior Leadership and  The GPS Guide to Success to help people navigate the leadership ranks. To debunk the notion that opportunities and eventually success come through hard work, he started his own podcast, The Executive Appeal. It must be hitting significantly that it has transitioned to live events where organizations invite him to get CEOs and top leaders to discuss what it takes exactly to move to the ranks upwards. Here, he teaches people, he discusses executive presence including the way they groom and dress up as well as financial education.
