I think y'all will love this episode!!
This episode is two things… it’s a catch up and reminiscing of two friends who once did life daily together, but who now live far apart, but it’s also this story of how strong Camille is to move several times in her marriage and through those moves figure out that her little family, her husband, and her extended family are the roots and grounding for her life.
And I’d say that being away taught her to be okay with missing things, but also gave her a huge appreciation for support and she has learned the skill of soaking in the time that you do get with your people.
And one thing that I deeply love is watching my friends thrive. And sometimes you get the benefit of proximity wise getting a front row view of this but sometimes your life (slash hubby) move you to seattle so you learn to still love watching your friends thrive, but just at a little bit of a distance.
And it is a joy to know Camille and to watch her grow and it was never a shock that she’d be a great mom because we’ve all called her the baby whisperer, but it goes so much deeper than that. Camille has always been a solid friend but to see how the Lord is refining and growing her is such a joy. So like I said, she’s always been a good mom and wife, but to see her become this entrepreneur and be able to handle twins and move is a whole new level.
And what I’d say about Camile is she is generous with her emotions, she’s generous with caring for people and with loving all sides of a person. She’s not short on grace and getting to be one of her friends is such a treat because you truly feel like you are deeply loved and seen when you are with her.
