In 2015, the media went WILD after a report from the World Health Organization classified both red meat and processed meat as things linked to cancer. In this episode, we take a look at what the numbers published ACTUALLY mean (spoiler: it's not as earth shattering as the media would make you believe), and whether or not these classifications mean you should cut red meat and processed meats out of your diet.
